Literacy Refection W2 T4

Word work : This week for word work I did an activity  called colorful words. I had to write down all my spelling words then write them in different colors here is mine. 

Reading : For reading I had two tasks but I only got one of them done. For the one that I did get done I had to write out what I would do if I come across a word that I haven't seen before when i'm reading here is what wrote. 

Witting: I have also been doing some writing. We have been practicing for our writing test next week. We had to write an explanation on our favorite place, I did my house but I probably should have done lake moana because my granddads ashes where scatted there.  Here is my piece of writing.

Everyone has a special place , to houses , places , maybe even a lake or batch. My special place is my house because It is the only house I’ve ever lived in and my family has done so much to it throughout the 12 years is has been owned by us. My House was ugly before we got it : bad  colors choices and lots more I can’t explain.

We have over 28 mosaics around the house because my mum loves to make mosaics and she used to make them then sell them at a market.  I have only made two or three out of the 28. Another spot in our house is the garden because we grow lots of veggies in it and when they're ready to eat they taste yummy I also have some mosaics in my garden as well.  

My house is covered in trees so I can climb a lot of them and make lots of huts I have about three throughout the yard . I have a three story house that my Mum , Dad and Grandad made from scratch with no help for me and Kyia when I was three. We recently did up The second story up and got rid of the pink fabric on the walls and stripped it down to the black building paper. It is now got a couch in it and a bedside cabinet We are going to order a hanging set so we can just come up there to chill. At the top story is a  loft with a bed and a window to see the hole house. On the first story it’s like a shed thing where we keep the barbecue and play equipment.

I have one staffy called blaze he is brindle and fat but he has the best personality and two girl guinea pigs one of them is mine and ones Kyias.  My one is two and she is a Peruvian cross something but i’m not quite sure what. Her name is Marmalade and she’s a fluff nut . Lollipop is Kyias but I don’t know what breed she is I just say that she looks like a badger because of her face.
